We had gone to Farzi Cafe for Breakfast. Weekdays Mornings are usually very hectic, and all are in rush to reach office but in all the rush we can always stop by with a loved one and have a enchanted breakfast, so farzi café has a special menu for breakfast.
So are you all ready for breakfast farzification?
Ambience of the café is pretty refreshing and green they have huge glass walls with outdoor seating.
Starting of a day should always be with juices packed with goodness, so we had freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon and mint juice fully packed with vitamin c and refreshing flavor of mint along with watermelon juice that was energizing and sweet.
Moving towards the main breakfast they had a quote on wall stating “Every dish has its own history and a story to tell……..” which is definitely true and they have incorporated the quote to their dishes. We had
Beef Boti Hash – It was well presented on wooden board, the beef Boti hash consisted of minced beef well spiced and had gravy like textured served with small hash brown potato Patti along with some crispy bread slice to go along with minced beef topped with micro greens.
Egg Benedict – The dish is quiet filling because, it has a lot to offer starting with Two slice of English muffin topped with spicy seasoned chicken mince, layered with soft poached egg and the classic hollandaise sauce with hint of red chili sprinkle on top. Potato wedges with cheese and some arugula tomato salad with mint chutney were accompanied on side.
Mexican Parathas – In India parathas are eaten mostly in morning to have a healthy and heavy Breakfast, farzi chef has given a Mexican touch by having parathas covered with egg omelet stuffed with cheese similar to quesadilla .The dish doesn’t end here it has Mexican sides just like nachos platter containing refried beans on side with, jalapenos, salsa and bits of nachos .The food was quite filling and definitely thumbs up.
Lemon Quinoa – Quinoa also know as healthy grain, made in Indian style just like our upma which is made with semolina. The quinoa is cooked till it becomes transparent, its then tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves giving it a flavorful touch. Excellent dish and well presented.
Powernuts – Neatly molded in boat like shape plate / basket and was beautifully presented! The dish is made up with flattened rice an Indian breakfast dish popularly know as pohe, topped with crispy fried nuts, mini chicken sausages and garnished with sunny side up quail egg preparation.
French toast – French toast roll were hot, with gooey nutella fillings stuffed into the middle of them was buttery, and outsides was coated in a sweet, the dish had spread nutella and cream as part of presentation along with berries to go with the rolls.it wasn’t as sweet as it looked but was quite soft and light.
We were having a great time exploring new drinks in between the meal. Well it were pretty fascinating and had fun tasting them.
Holy Crimson Cloud – Served in a martini glass had cranberry juice topped up with foam.
Ananas Orbix – Flowing smoke from the glass mostly reminded of science experiment we did in school, but this was much fun to watch it had flavor of pineapple and the aroma of coconut from the bubbling water.
Farzi Smokey – Farzi Smoke was a true delight in both ways, taste wise it had tangy sweet flavor of orange and sour lemon juice with fragrant of kaffir lime leaves. all of them were well balanced and came together in perfect harmony.
Bootlegger – The shape of the glass itself says a lot about the drink. Boot shaped customized glass has a Mixture of cucumber with pomegranate seeds, mulled with a dash of nutty cumin and scented lemongrass.
Karak Chai – The presentation took my breath away, and I would be more than happy to have my daily dose of tea in this style. The Classic Karak Chai is very popular in UAE and around asia .The tea was served in clay cups with its glass tea pot, milk tea had a calming taste and was a boost for the day.
Farzi café is definitely a star when it comes to Breakfast menu , a perfect spot with family and friends to meet up for breakfast and have these amazing dishes put together by farzi team and Chef Avneesh. Here a guest will not only enjoy culinary innovation but have a relaxing dinning experience. They are also open up for lunch and dinner. Farzi Food speaks for it self…. so sit back and enjoy …
