One of the most sophisticated restaurant “Al Nokhada” at the Radisson Blu Resort serving a combination of Indian and Arabic cuisine. The interior can be best described as a sleek casual, with very warn hues overlooking live music, which gave a very romantic, feel to overall restaurant. The tables were beautifully draped, they were aligned for perfect seating, for an A la Carte, which was grandeur. Atmosphere was soothing and we were all ready to start off the set menu.

We were privileged to be a part of an exclusive dinner, this set special menu which mostly aimed to bring certain Middle Eastern and Indian delicacies on to the table.

For starters, we were served the cold and hot Mezze that consisted of an array of items. The Mezze consisted of evergreen Fattoush salad hot and crispy cheese Sambousa, with Kebeh I loved it. Mediterranean delicacy Baba ganoush, hummus, with fresh salads along with coned shaped poppadum, pickles and chutney were also served, as they are part of every meal.

For Mains there was Grilled lamb Chop that had a smoky hint, juicy, perfectly grilled.. Each of these was marinated in different spices from the Middle East and had a unique taste; sauce was served along with it. The Lamb kebab was heavenly! The portions were meaty and lean. Served along with potato fries. The chicken was tender and lip smacking to a whole new level!

Moving to Indian taste buds Kadai paneer was mild spicy yet tasty. Delicious Murgh Handi Lazeez thick chicken gravy was succulent served with hot bread I really adored it. Dal makhani was cutely presented in a small brass bucket garnished with cream and flavors were spot on I thoroughly like it. Along side were the Indian breads Naan and Tandoori Rotis.

We were served a fusion dessert of hot cold combination of Gulab Jamun with Vanilla ice cream, which undoubtedly never goes wrong along with crispy Pistachio Aswor Baklawa and Umm Ali it was impeccable.

The meal that I tried was actually very wholesome, the ambience along with restaurant view and the live Arabic music, kept us in groove all the time. I would label it like, an impeccable experience of food, dine, and peace just to be précises.
