Sahara Grill is not just any restaurant but a dream of five partners Shariff Hussain, Hamza Ali, Kamran Taj, Tye Razzaq and Saqib Razzaq. They had their humble beginnings in the UK. Joined hands to start their first Halal Gourmet Grill house in year 2004 in London. After successfully running 3 restaurants in the UK , they established a new branch of Sahara Grill in the city of dreamers – Dubai, to accomplish their dream.

Located in The Mall in Jumeriah, with the view of Jumeriah Beach hotel and the Burj Al Arab, the Icon of Dubai. The interiors are contemporary styled, modern and chic The ambiance is very perfect of a fine dinner experience. They have a seating in the balcony too.

Their objective is for families to experience fine dining at a reasonable price. They have got experienced chefs who have created their own recipes. They use the best of beef from Canada and Lamb from New Zealand. The chicken is procured locally to maintain its freshness.

We had gone there for dinner.

Started with Sahara Chicken wings with tangy buffalo sauce

Juicy Lamb Chops grilled to perfection

Spicy fried shrimps similar to Dynamite shrimps

Olives with feta cheese, Greek salad and fries.

We then had the BBQ cheese burger, beef burger and Chicken burger. The burgers were very juicy and tangy.

For the mains we had the Sahara flame grilled chicken

Ocean delight – Grilled Salmon, served with saffron rice and spicy olive salad

Beef saute sizzling platter – Marinated beef cuts with picante gravy.

Along with the mains we had saffron rice and juices.

The food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
