Pizzaly - Dubai Marina, Dubai - Spoons and Wings

Located in Dubai Marina. Nestled between the tall buildings of Marina. They have seating indoors and outdoors. The indoors are contemporary with light brown wood and liberal use of pink. I am sure sitting outdoors in winter will be a delight.

A dream venture of Mr. Corrado, a finance expert from Italy, he is also an adventurous and inspiring entrepreneur. He conceptualised Pizzaly 3 years back, but opened his first restaurant only in December 2015 in JVC and motivated by the success of the first restaurant in a very short span of time, in end of April he started his second branch in Marina.

They have given their franchise in Saudi Arabia and the first branch in Saudi is expected to start in the city of Al Khobar soon.

The style of Pizza is a fusion between the Roman and Napoli Styles. The Roman pizza is thin and crunchy and the Napoli Pizza is thick in the edge and thin in the middle. He has also created his onw recipes of the pizzas keeping in mind the flavour and traditional style of authentic Italian Pizzas.

Their menu has a few sides, burratas , salads, healthy pizzas, classic pizzas, gourmet pizzas, a range of International pizzas and last but not the least desert pizzas. The most popular desert of Italy Tiramisu is the latest inclusion in their menu.

We started with the classic Bufalina Pizza made with tomato sauce, fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil leaves and extra virgin oil.

Then next was the Gourmet Mont Blanc Pizza made with fresh mozzarella, fresh burrata, mushroom in oil and white truffle olive oil.

Followed by the International Mexican Pizza made with fresh Mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, Mexican minced beef, sweet corn and fresh guacamole.

The signature Gourmet Pizzaly Pizza was next, made by the indigenously created Pizzaly sauce with a touch of beetroot, topped with fresh mozzarella, gorgonzola, emmental, parmesan cheeses and mushrooms.
