We had visited the Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah. The drive from Dubai to the Fujairah was very scenic. During our visit to the resort we had our lunch at “BREEZE” restaurant which is located on first floor, its an all-day dinning restaurant, which serves an international buffet. The restaurant has been distributed, in two spacious sections indoors and also outdoors in the terrace.  The sea can be viewed through glass frames from indoor. The sew view from the outdoor patio was stunning. The terrace had a live kitchen to provide us fresh sea foods. The second live kitchen was indoors serving stakes, grilled to perfection.

Centre table of buffet had a beautiful display of fruits made into flowers, watermelon carved saying “Yes, I Can “ the three most important words you can say to yourself, was quiet motivational. We started with drinks, I had the refreshing Lemon Soda, entirely went with my mood. Buffet had a vast variety of hors d’oeuvre, hot soups and cold soups like mango, ginger, mint which were tangy and unique, salads, as well as cheese platter with Gouda, Camembert, cold cuts meats like pepperoni, salamis, ham, assortments of breads had small buns, to variety of multigrain bread and a super dessert junction with goodness.

In Salad I had my all time favourite, cherry tomato and bocconcini mozzarella sticks, along with fresh crispy lettuce salad and selection of dressing to choose from. Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon with hollandaise served in glass was pretty tasty. Chicken gravlax, was sliced thinly presented on cold platter had empowering taste of dill and spice cured with chicken went well with bread.

For Mains course I picked up sea bass fish with smooth lemon butter sauce that perfectly paired with the meaty sea bass.

Variety of sauces, that enhances the flavours of meat, tempted me to try, bits of chicken & lamb that complimented with pepper sauce. The friendly staff recommends, if you are stuck anywhere in choosing the perfect sauce. There was encounter of seafood, from crabs, clams, oysters, prawns, calamari you name it and they had it. I had reserved some space for it.

Deliciously simple seafood paella packed with flavours of variety of seafood, tomatoes and saffron each adding its own essence.

Grilled Prawns, calamari, mussels, oysters with lime pickled onion, which were fresh. I fully enjoyed this experience from live kitchen outdoors.

Vegetarians also have great choices to pick from, I tried my hands on hasselback potatoes, and they were perfectly baked, to go with yellow sauce along with it. Steamed veggies were also provided.

Dessert, as the selection was gigantic. I candidly enjoyed lemon cheesecake, chocolate mousse served in wine glass with raspberry reduction in dropper. There were English breakfast stuffs as Danish pastry, waffles, and pancake. Lemon pomegranate sorbet the chef special was served in lemon peel with slice of lemon and pomegranate seeds on side looked very appealing, flavourful, and smooth.

Families with kids, have an advantage in Radisson Blu, where they have facility for kids, play area with their food options, kids desserts were so tempting that I grabbed some, they had a doraemon, superman cake, mini cream cones, marshmallow on sticks, muffins, doughnuts, cookies with drawing and chocolate fountain with many fruits and cakes to dip in, as an adventure for kids. Tea and coffee section was also provided.

I would suggest, anyone having a nice appetite, has to visit this restaurant, because variety of food is impeccable. Also suitable for workaholic people who wants time off from work for relaxation, can come and visit Breeze in Radisson Blu Fujairah, which provides a beautiful, peaceful view with great hospitality and welcoming staff. I thoroughly enjoyed ever bit of it.
